Marília Inácio
Marília Inácio is Managing Partner at Soeng Solutions Unipessoal Lda., originally from São Miguel Island, Azores. She began her professional journey in hospitality and catering in São Miguel and later continued to advance her career on the mainland. A born entrepreneur, she opened her own restaurant, where she applied her innovative vision by developing a custom CMS to optimize reservations and menu management. Educated at the former Hotel São Pedro (now the Tourism and Hotel Training School) and at the Lisbon School of Tourism, she also attended the Estoril Higher Institute for Hotel and Tourism Studies (ESHTE) and the Agricultural Higher School of Santarém. Marília is responsible for the daily management of operations and finances, as well as leading client relations.
Luís Inácio
Luís Inácio is Head of Operations at Soeng Solutions Unipessoal Lda., originally from Oeiras. He holds an integrated master's degree in Electrical Engineering, a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, and a master's in Artificial Intelligence from ISCTE-IUL. He also possesses internationally recognized certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CEH, Scrum.org, and Scrum Alliance, and is officially registered with DGEG and ANACOM. With additional training in pedagogy and training management, Luís designs and delivers professional development programs across various areas, including IT, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, electricity, and renewable energies. Within the company, he is responsible for specialized technical support, coordinating software development, managing the cloud infrastructure, supervising projects funded by European funds, and coordinating training initiatives and applications for European funding.
